With 320 vertical pixels on a high resolution gray scale display, you get better separation and contrast. Like all of the new Garmin Echo fish finders, the 200 features Ultrascroll™ for fast screen updates, which is ideal for speed applications. The Garmin Echo 500c is powered by a 500 watt dual frequency transducer to give you a maximum depth of approximately 220m in salt water and 450m in fresh water.As per the 300C, Garmin's UltraScroll on the 500C updates the screen at live-action speeds that can be viewed in a true A-scope display for instantaneous sonar data.
