Hi Jon, Firstly thank you for your follow up regarding the “Customer satisfaction and Information Checklist” for my new Quintrex Trophy 4.0, and of course for the (not so lucky) scratchy ticket. In terms of ‘customer service and satisfaction’, I’d like to compliment Brad, Rebecca and the whole team at Hunts Batemans Bay for the outstanding service I received from the very first enquiry to the day the boat was delivered. Every aspect of the service was first class, turnaround times super efficient and nothing was a problem. I’m extremely happy with the boat and the fit out of the accessories and would have no trouble at all recommending Hunts to anyone looking for a boat or any marine equipment. Now if the Dragons can make the “8”, life will be even better.
