Thanks Jon, I appreciate the opportunity to provide the following feedback. I spoke with your sales representative (John Pigot) on the phone to discuss the renegade boat that you had advertised. John was very helpful and being that I was located in Ballarat, Victoria, he provided me with all the information that I required and reassured me that the boat in question would satisfy me needs. As you would appreciate, travelling from Ballarat to Sydney to purchase a boat sight unseen is highly risky however John’s approach and attitude gave me confidence that I was making the right decision. Upon arriving in Sydney John provided me with the details of a local hotel where I could get good accomodation, he had arranged to have the boat serviced and checked over, he water tested it for me and had it cleaned. Knowing that I would be towing it back to Ballarat, John ensured that the wheel bearings, wheels and tyres were all in top shape. John gave me a thorough handover and provided me with new safety gear, and extra accessories for the boat. Unfortunately I left the umbrella in the show room in Sydney. The trip back to Ballarat went well and I had no issues towing the trailer. I have since been using the boat and I am very happy with my purchase. I believe that the service supplied to me by John Hunt Marine was excellent and I would have no hesitation in recommending you company to other potential boat buyers. It’s good to know that there are still some companies out there who take pride in their product and go beyond what is necessary to deliver excellent customer service. Regards
