Salesman John was very helpful answering all questions pre and post sale. Boat predelivery was excellent, it was spotless. One issue that needs to be addressed is advise to put motor onto tilt bracket when trailering boat. Suzuki user manual specifically says not to do this, to only use it to support motor when stationary. In which case customers need to be aware they either need to purchase a trailer to motor support bracket or one of the nylon inserts they make for the ram.
