Earlier today I had your Batemans Bay manager, Brad Cottier, deliver my new boat. An excellent Quintrex 460 Renegade somewhat optioned up. I have been a resident of Batemans Bay for 39 years & fished the Clyde river all of that time. The 460 is my 3rd boat & definitely the best. I want to bring to your attention the outstanding customer service I have received from Brad, Michael Donovan, Oscar Reedy & Rachel Belgrove. In June this year I started to research my new boat. Between June & the boat show & after I placed the basic design order, I raised a multitude of queries & questions by phone, text & personally. At times I must have been a pain in the neck. On every occasion, in a very busy environment, I was treated with the utmost good humour, efficiency & accuracy.

During the boat fit out procedure I was consulted for input as to where the various accessories were to be installed. The workmanship is as neat as a pin. The welds on the hull are perfect. One would swear that Michael Donovan was fitting out his own boat. I have known Michael since he did his apprentice with his Farther. He is now 61yrs old & still gets down on his knees in very tight places to carry out the most amazing tasks. Every aspect of the boat is outstanding & it all works perfectly.

When I set out on my quest to buy a new boat I had intent to obtain the best price for a package & am known for being a tough negotiator. After a couple of calls with Brad I lost “some”  interest in price & had to acknowledge to myself that great customer service will always beat a cheaper price. On my quote somewhere Brad even included some heart pills. It is a good natured joke shared with all your staff at Batemans Bay.
