John, Just a quick email in response to the letter that was sent following my purchase of a Quintrex 481 Fishabout. I found the process for someone who is clueless about boats, to be quite enjoyable, whilst a little stressful it was helpful dealing with people who really understood boats to talk me through the whole process.
