Jon, Many thanks for your letter and request to write a testimonial on my experience with your company. I first came across your company at the recent Sydney boat show. I went along specifically to understand more about the Quintrex Bowriders in general, and after being ‘courted’ by various competitors of yours, I did have a good conversation with Ash and funnily enough some bloke, his wife and their baby who was doing his best to convince me to get one as he had one, he even showed me YouTube videos of he and his 550. Now if he was a plant, he was very convincing, and if he wasn’t get him back for future boatshows!! He did say he was a client of yours! Finally after some less than convincing conversations at home, I decided bugger it...you are only on the planet once and so made contact with John Padman at your company, more from the fact he was closer to where I lived. John was excellent in being able to sort out a reasonable price and suggest items I should think about including in the package. Naturally this is all exciting, the expected delivery suited my needs, (in further massaging of the idea at home) and to learn also that the engine had been upgraded at no additional cost was an additional bonus, and so far that has proven to be the case...it just purrs along! I have had the boat, sorry rig, a little over two weeks and the ease of launching and retrieving has probably been the biggest surprise...very simple and easy, although conditions have so far been mild. The boat itself rides a lot ‘softer’ than I was expecting also. My kids are thrilled, wife is definitely coming around to it and I myself get a real buzz when we are mucking about in it. John at Hunts has been very easy and friendly to deal with. His knowledge has been impeccable and his offering to me to make contact with him should I have any questions has also been awesome in respect to after sales customer care. I look forward to continuing my relationship with You, John and the team at Hunts Marine and would have no hesitation in recommending same to my friends and contacts.
