My experience with my purchase was pleasant, in particular with your salesman Ian Coops. I found Ian to be pleasant and very informative and patient with all my questions. The only negative was the delay to pick up my boat, but understandable due to the pandemic and due to the increase of sales you incurred. Overall very happy.
