Hi Jon, Just got your thank you letter regarding my recent purchase of the above from Blake and the team at Blakehurst. Awesome, no other words for it! I bought this sight unseen and it was everything and more than I expected. Living in Mildura, Victoria which is 1,000kmu2019s away it was a fair risk but the honesty, integrity and professionalism shown by Blake was second to none. Honestly I was blown away that such customer service still existed.

My son and I drove for 11 hours to reach the shop around 3.45pm on a Friday and the boys even gave up their beer ou2019clock to ensure that they had gone over the customer satisfaction checklist in fine detail. I think it was about 5.30 by the time we drove out the yard with the biggest smile on both our faces.

People have commented on the great deal I got on the package and I canu2019t praise the experience I had enough. A true credit to your operation.

We bought our boat at Yallah. The salesperson is the manager of the area, Blake, and he was excellent in giving us full details of the deal. We also required a few extras and these were bought at a very fair price due to our deal. The day we received our boat, Blake arranged for us to be taken to lake Illawarra and shown how to unload the boat into the water, use it and reload onto trailer and secure it onto trailer.

Our helper was Justin and Jarrod and both were excellent in giving us information and their time. Blake and Justin both recommended we read the manuals and offered help with any queries. After I had read the books, Justin answered all questions very clearly. Due to our lack of knowledge of the Lowrance, Blake made available Adam to help us. I would also like to mention that the young lady in the showroom Ashley, was also very helpful.

It was a pleasure doing business with Blake and the nice young office girl (sorry forgot her name). From the purchase of the boat to the delivery was fantastic. (No problems at all) The quality, performance and the ease of operation suits us to the ground. We are able to take it away with us with the caravan. Within the next 7 - 10 years when we retire we will be purchasing a bigger boat, quite sure it will be a Quintrex. Thanks to the staff at Hunts Marine Blakehurst for helping me with my boat purchase. All the staff are very helpful and gave me all the information to make an informed purchase. The 530 Cruiseabout is great to drive and fits the family of 5 very well. The service dept were excellent and fixed a couple of issues promptly and with no fuss. The guys in the accessories shop are also great and provide lots of good information.
