Hi John, I just wanted to personally write to you and let you know how happy I am with my 420 Busta boat and Yamaha 40hp motor that I have just purchased from Hunts Carlton. I spent about 3 months looking for a boat and went to many different dealers of different brands and attended the boat show earlier this year before I finally and thankfully made my decision on the Quintrex boat and Yamaha motor combo. I had a few discussions with your team both at Carlton and W/gong and they both said the Busta was what I should purchase. I spoke with a young lady in the w/gong store and she was very helpful and really knew her stuff about boats and gave me a lot of really good advice, and I was very thankful of this. But I must say that Ian Coops was really helpful at Carlton (where I purchased the boat) and made it easy to put the package of things I wanted together and get it done quick and easy. He also said all along that the Busta was the boat for what I wanted and it sure is and his expertise and advice was very much appreciated. I know people are quick to write letters to businesses when things go wrong but this email is to say how well Hunts have looked after me in the deal on the boat ,the fit out and and the handover, so thanks for that. What a great experience it was when I decided to purchase a new Quintrex 450 Fishabout from Hunts Marine. From selecting the package with John Pigot and the personal involvement of Jon Hunt, I couldn't have asked for more. So good to get some old fashioned service and to deal with people who know their products. When I picked up my Quintrex I was given a complete run down on the Yamaha F70 engine with 6 year warranty as well as the boat. It was not rushed and I was able to ask plenty of questions. I added an electric anchor winch and an American Powerwinch to the aluminium trailer. I would recommend Hunts Marine to anyone contemplating buying a new boat. A visit to their showroom is a must.
