This surface mount set has a standard 20mm socket as well as a dual USB socket. There is also a digital volt meter to keep track of your battery voltage. Comes with the dust proof rubber caps. The unit is 130mm wide, 80mm deep and 42mm high.

A common plug used in a lot of our boats. It has a standard 20mm socket on one side and a digital volt meter on the other. Suitable for 12 and 24volt applications. Dimensions of panel are 105mm long by 43mm high.

These tin plated copper battery terminals are by far the best ones to use and are what we use in all our new boat installations. (Regardless of the motor brand) They come with stainless steel battery cable attachment bolts with lock washers so no issues with wing nuts coming loose. Being copper based they are soft and mould perfectly to the battery terminal post.

A common toggle on/off switch with plastic arm for 12 and 24volt applications. Hole diameter for mounting is 12mm.

These twin tin plated brass buss bars with insulated mounting bases come in 2 sizes. They both sit 15mm high and the 12 takeoff is 120mm long while the 24 take off is 120mm. The mounting holes are recessed to avoid accidental shorts. Both are supplied with the required amount of stainless screws and split washers to suit.

This 20mm plug suits all standard 12 and 24 volt sockets. It is ideal for powering multiple electronic devices with dual USB plugs from a boat or vehicle’s accessory socket. Features easy to read battery Volt meter which switches to Amp draw when a device is plugged in to one of USB sockets

Vertical black aluminium bilge pump switch panel with built in fuse and LED indicator lights in the rocker switch. It has a 3 position switch for auto mode, off and manual on. Dimensions are 85mm X 50mm by 50mm required depth.

The brass push button horn switch has a waterproof boot and is suitable for interior and exterior mounting. It is rated to 25 amps for both 12v and 24v applications. Hole diameter for mounting is half inch.

This is a very common windscreen wiper set designed for smaller pleasure boats only. Standard wiper set includes Motor with stainless steel cover, adjustable stainless arm 180 - 280mm and a Stainless steel / rubber blade 280mm. It is Self parking with 110 degree sweep angle but is Not recommended for commercial or prolonged use.

Same as the unit above except it has a waterproof housing covering the motor and wiring so it can be used in areas where water may be an issue such as a centre console, runabout or centre cab style of boat. This one is also actually used quite a lot on hot rod cars. The adaptor plate kits are available in the 300mm and 450mm widths. They allow boaters to easily upgrade to Zipwake from another similarly sized interceptor system. The plates streamline hull preparations to upgrade to Zipwake Series S, fitting perfectly to the existing transom screw hole pattern and sealing previous holes for thru hull fittings. An Adaptor kit includes two adaptor plates, 2 O-rings, screws and an installation guide.

The two most common kits by far are the 300mm and the 450mm and are the ones used on all our trailerboats including the large Yellowfin plate boats and the CruiseCrafts.

Each kit contains a pair on interceptors with 3mtrs cables on each, the control panel with a 7mtr cable and the distribution unit with a 4 mtr power cable. Dimensions of the control panel and the interceptors are in the pictures.
