Yamaha replacement ignition key. Make sure to select the correct key number. If you have lost your key quite often the number is stamped into the plastic barrel around where the key goes in.

This Large Yamaha composite head fuel filter suits all 4 stroke engines above 70hp. It will do 2 stroke as well but only oil injected engines as it will remove the oil from the fuel otherwise. It has a highly visible float (O-ring type) and see through bowl which allows you to check the water level with just a glance. The full plastic body ensures that the spin on bowl will not become stuck due to electric corrosion or rust, making filter replacements easy and it has a convenient drain plug for easy water draining. Note: It is supplied with an 8mm and 10mm inlet but only an 8mm outlet. If you need a 10mm outlet then see below to purchase separately.

Yamaha actually don't make ear muffs and want you to use this screw in flush fitting. Whilst you can probably use a normal Nylex Bunnings fitting, this genuine Yamaha fitting has an extended neck so you can screw it right in for a good seal and still be able to plug your hose fitting on. Make sure you don't start the motor when using this fitting as it's designed to just push water through the head via the pressure of the hose.

These are the common service parts and there is sometimes a few extra things needed like anodes or a thermostat but you can just select these separately by clicking here and finding your engine and adding them to the cart as well. Picture 1 - You will get the appropriate quantity of NGK spark plugs for your engine.

Picture 2 - You will get a genuine Yamaha impeller.

Picture 3 - You will get either the water pump base gasket or the water pump housing O-Ring depending on what pump your engine runs when we look up your serial number.

Picture 4 - You will get the inline fuel filter for your engine. The picture shows just the most common one but styles do vary a bit and we will supply the correct one.

Picture 5 - New split pin for the prop shaft after you have removed the prop and greased the prop shaft.

Picture 6 - 2 new drain screw washers for the gearbox filler and drain screw.

Picture 7 - You will get enough gear oil to do your engine. A 2hp to 8hp will just be the 250ml squeeze tube, 9.9hp to 130hp will be the 1ltr bottle and the V6 engines will be both as they take just over a litre. Unless you have your own pump you will need to buy the screw in hand pump for the 1ltr bottle here.

The Yamaha Single Ram Trailering Tilt Motor Support suits engines 150hp up to 300hp and is bigger than the one above and has a wedge shaped top so that it doesn't get jammed with the weight of the higher HP engines. If you use the smaller one above in a larger motor it will definitely get jammed. The Yamaha Trailering Motor Support can be cut to size, if your outboard sits too high or you have problems with tilting your motor high enough to install this support. Simply cut the Motor Support to the appropriate length using a mitre or hacksaw.

The Yamaha Single Ram Trailering Tilt Motor Support suits engines 25hp up to 130hp and has been designed to allow highway transport of your boat with the motor in a tilted position. It suits all engines with a single ram trim and tilt system. The trailering support prevents the motor from returning to the vertical position and possible contact with the road surface. The Motor Support also prevents excessive loads, created by road surface conditions and from damaging the tilt assembly. The Yamaha Trailering Motor Support can be cut to size, if your outboard sits too high or you have problems with tilting your motor high enough to install this support. Simply cut the Motor Support to the appropriate length using a mitre or hacksaw.

This Yamaha factory approved genuine small water separator/fuel filter has been specifically designed to fit into smaller areas and recommended for 4 stroke outboards up to 70HP. (NOT 2 Stroke premix engines as it will remove the oil from the petrol). It removes 99% or more of all water and comes with a new composite plastic head so no corrosion, in & out connectors (to suit 6mm ID fuel line), clear removable bowl to allow easy checking of flow and filtering and a 10 micron filter element with a fluid capacity of 60cc. This trailering support suits all Yamaha engines that have twin trim and tilt rams. After installing the outboard trailering support(s), the outboard is tilted down until the trim rods start to retract. The Yamaha Outboard Trailering Support can be customised for applications with restricted full tilt up angles due to interference with the boat or other components. A maximum of 1-_" may be removed from the overall length to permit installation of the trailering supports. Cut lines, in _" increments, are located on the trailering support for ease of cutting. When reducing the overall length, cut or grind off material to duplicate the original end taper, on the cut end, to allow proper function of the outboard trailering supports. Failure to taper the cut end will cause damage to the support and prevent proper support of the outboard. Note: 1 only is supplied as that is all that is required.

Lical Grease is a premium multi-purpose grease which combines the advantages of both lithium and calcium. It has excellent mechanical stability avoiding ejection or losses of consistency even under severe operating conditions. It does not contain lead or other heavy metals considered as harmful for health or the environment and has outstanding water resistance, no significant change has been observed, even with water contaminating the grease. Comes in a 400g grease gun tube.
