Made in Sweden, Zipwake is the world's first Dynamic Trim Control System which incorporates a state of the art series of durable, fast acting interceptors, eliminating the well known trim problems of planing and semi planing hulls. The S Series suits boats between 17 to 50 feet. The system is fully automatic and significantly enhances performance, fuel economy, comfort and safety when accelerating and cornering. Thye have a built in GPS, 3D Gyro and 3D Accelerometer. 

A kit box includes all the parts needed to install a dynamic trim control system with one pair of fast acting interceptors. There are 4 different kit boxes, one for each length of interceptor model. The 4 different kits are the different interceptor lengths of 300mm, 450mm, 600mm and 750mm. The two most common kits by far are the 300mm and the 450mm and are the ones used on all our trailerboats including the large Yellowfin plate boats and the CruiseCrafts.

Each kit contains a pair on interceptors with 3mtrs cables on each, the control panel with a 7mtr cable and the distribution unit with a 4 mtr power cable. Dimensions of the control panel and the interceptors are in the pictures.

The Zipwake Pro series contains all the great features of the Zipwake S System above but adds the following.  Zipwake PRO’s interceptors operate five times faster than previous models, delivering a whole new level of performance and precision. Moving from 0 to 30 or 60 mm in just 0.3 seconds, the increased blade speed enables ultra-fast adjustments to changing conditions. Whether you’re facing wind, waves, or shifting loads, Zipwake PRO responds instantly — optimizing trim and stability for smoother, safer, and more accurate control when it matters most. The series S PRO Integration is the same kits and specs as the PRO above except it comes with an additional Integration module instead of the standard dahs mounted control module to allow connectivity to most late model sounders/GPS units or Multi Function Displays. Check out the last photo for what comes in the Box.

SEAMLESS INTEGRATION: Create your perfect set-up. The Integrator Module seamlessly connects the Zipwake system to multiple MFDs from different manufacturers – and even connects wirelessly to smart devices – keeping dashboards free of clutter. But it also offers the flexibility of connecting up to 3 control panels for operation via control wheels in addition to touch screens. A CAN interface enables further external system integration. For assurance, check with your MFD manufacturer to ensure compatibility with Zipwake’s Integrator Module.

WIRELESS CONNECTIVITY: For even greater control, the Integrator Module’s wireless interface lets you configure, operate, monitor, and update the system wirelessly via the Zipwake app on your smartphone or tablet.

EASY TO INSTALL – ANYWHERE: Just slightly bigger than a postcard, the discreet Integrator Module is easy to install behind the helm/dash, on the flybridge or in the engine room. It’s waterproof and comes with a special ethernet connector collar that makes sealing standard ethernet cables easy. A single cable connects the unit to an MFD.

The adaptor plate kits are available in the 300mm and 450mm widths. They allow boaters to easily upgrade to Zipwake from another similarly sized interceptor system. The plates streamline hull preparations to upgrade to Zipwake Series S, fitting perfectly to the existing transom screw hole pattern and sealing previous holes for thru hull fittings. An Adaptor kit includes two adaptor plates, 2 O-rings, screws and an installation guide.
