This cast alloy rod holder has been around forever and is a popular product that just works well and lasts forever. It can be side or rail mounted and suits rails 20-25mm. It comes with the backing plate and 4 bolts. It rotates 360 degrees and not only does it lock in position you can fit a small R clip or tether through the base so there is no chance anyone will drop it over the edge.
