The GP-1871F (7") and GP-1971F (9") are new to the Furuno range and are developed from the NavNet TZtouch2, featuring slide-out menus containing all the tools and data you need to be in total control. They are full touch screen edge with edge seamless glass styling and by using the friendly rich C-MAP M-AU-D060-MS charts, the GP-1871F and 1971F delivers highly precise data that features plenty of useful information such as relief vectors, tidal streams and marine plans, considerably enhancing your navigational awareness. Both units can also be connected to the 1st watch wireless radar giving your chart plotter a major upgrade in accuracy and safety. (radar sold separately). Some of the main features of the units are 72 channel GPS, 30,000 waypoint storage with 1000 planned routes, 300, 600 or 1kW transducer options, standard 50/200kHz or optional CHIRP 40 to 225kHz. Modes include TrueEcho Chirp, RezBoost, Accu-Fish, Bottom Discrimination, Auro Gain, Manual Gain, A0Scope, Marker Zoom, Bottom Zoom and Bottom lock.

The UC95-OBF1 front mount cylinder is recommended for use with outboard engines up to 175hp total and where the boat speed does not exceed 80 kph. It will fit most engines including Yamaha, Evinrude, Honda, Johnson, Mercury, Mariner, Suzuki and Tohatsu. You will need to do your own homework however. This is the standard OBF1 cylinder that is used on the very common Ultraflex HyTech 175hp Hydraulic Steering Kit. This one comes with the common flat linking arm however if yours is slightly bent or offset you can just re-use it.
