Cannon Downrigger Gimbal Mount - 2 Sizes

Made from black powder coated aluminium, it will let you mount any of the Cannon downrigger range, (except Mini-Trol), into an existing rod holder. The pad is pre-drilled to accept all bases. They have a solid 13mm thick top mount pad which measures 127mm by 127mm and an extra heavy duty 6mm wall thickness support tube. Stainless steel mount fastening included. Tube diameter is 38mm and the two shaft lengths are either 9 inch or 12 inch.

The Universal clip (Black One 394404) is the most popular one and has two adjustment points which enable the universal release clip to be precisely adjusted to release at 0.9kg (2lb) and 9.97kg (22lb), making this a versatile clip, whether you are trolling deep diving hard bodies or live baiting. The Offshore Saltwater clip (Red One 394402) is corrosion-resistant and its high-tension spring is designed for heavier saltwater lines. Troll at high speeds in deep water with its heavy duty release. Anti-fouling pins prevent the line from snagging behind the gripper pads.
