A lot of brand new outboards these days have inbuilt hydraulic steering so on all our new boat fit-ups, whilst we use the helm and lines that come in the new boat, we end up with a lot of left over brand new bullshorn rams. If you do your homework you will see its cheaper to buy one of our leftover rams than even putting a seal kit in your existing old one.

The UC95-OBF1 front mount cylinder is recommended for use with outboard engines up to 175hp total and where the boat speed does not exceed 80 kph. It will fit most engines including Yamaha, Evinrude, Honda, Johnson, Mercury, Mariner, Suzuki and Tohatsu. You will need to do your own homework however. This is the standard OBF1 cylinder that is used on the very common Ultraflex HyTech 175hp Hydraulic Steering Kit. This one comes with the common flat linking arm however if yours is slightly bent or offset you can just re-use it.

We always have these stacked high in the showroom and ready to go. Weighing just 30kgs, the MAC 210 is rated to 3hp and is a great little tender or dinghy which is lightweight and yet very stable. You can easily transport a MAC 210 on a roof rack, camper van or even carry it up the beach. It's ideal for rowing or motoring to your mooring, but it is just as much fun playing on the water. It is a single skinned model making it extremely light weight and easy to handle and transport.
