We first bought a runabout 23 years ago from Hunts. We decided to update our boat so came back to Hunts for valuation and possible trade. We met Michael and he was very polite and not "pushy". He showed us the runabout package and was helpful. We then went to another boat dealer for a similar package but was put off by the pressure the salesman was putting on us. We immediately came back to Hunts to meet Jim as Michael had the weekend off. Jim was courteous as well and helpful. We bought the boat because of nice service and after market sales. John, Just a quick email in response to the letter that was sent following my purchase of a Quintrex 481 Fishabout. I found the process for someone who is clueless about boats, to be quite enjoyable, whilst a little stressful it was helpful dealing with people who really understood boats to talk me through the whole process. First time boaters, my wife had seen the boat, was happy, and made a deposit. I actually hadn't seen the boat until we picked up. Woah I was impressed, was like a new boat. We had no idea how to launch the boat or actually how to just use it in general. We were very green, even after doing our boat course. Blake went over everything on our boat. Such a knowledgeable young man. The nicest thing Blake said when we left was for us to call him once we got home (live in Newcastle). Such a nice gesture from a lovely young man. It was indeed a pleasure to deal with Brad from your Batemans Bay outlet. He is deserving of 10/10. From out initial meeting in June until taking delivery of my new boat in September he kept me fully informed of the progress and delivery was right on time as promised. Always approachable and professional throughout the sales process. The "Trident" has now had four offshore trips (not one calm day) and handled conditions with ease. Stability is excellent. The 150hp Yamaha is the quietest motor I've heard and is a perfect match for the Trident.
