The guys at Hunts Marine made purchasing my new boat a very easy and smooth process. I met John Padman the first time I was in the Blakehurst shop, he provided great sales information and I left the shop without questions. Every time through this purchase I dealt with John consistently. At no stage did I feel pressured. Everything added was without hassle and on the day at pick up, John spent substantial time with me going over everything I needed to know. Launched Smartwave 2.4mtr with 5hp 4 stroke Suzuki outboard at Revesby Beach National Park. Drove Smartwave 2.4m to the Moons at Lugarno, went very well, no trouble, then drove it up to Easthills boat ramp. Went well and handles good. I like the rod holders and storage box. Had to sit on storage box to get good stability otherwise very happy with Smartwave 2.4 tender. Also very easy to handle the boat on and off the water.

Attn Jon, I called hunts marine Blakehurst Mid May And spoke to Jim and Ian on the phone about a few things regarding the 460 renegade. I was already sold on a 460 renegade with 75 etec. I met up with Jim in store the following weekend had a quick look around and placed the order. Having grown up in several other boats and owning a few myself in the past this is the first new boat purchase. I have taken it out 5 times in the couple of months of owning it and have to say for the price you pay it is a great all round boat particularly in the river, bay and offshore.

First run was the local ramp at Hurstville Grove went out the Botany heads and back on a average day to test its capability and was cutting through the chop surprisingly well and keeping us dry. The following week i towed it down to Bellambi to catch a couple snapper, the boat handled the 15+kn offshore winds surprisingly well also. The trailer design is probably one of the best i have used. Easy to drive the boat off and on. Got the foldaway draw bar fitted and fits inside the garage also. The 75 etec has plenty of torque in it and gets the boat on a plane with ease and is great on fuel. Thank you to all involved for a pleasant expirience with the ordering process. Kind regards,

We purchased our new Renegade 460SC last month from Hunts at Yallah and I am extremely pleased with the boat so far. I can't fault anything with it, the handling, room onboard, stability and dryness are excellent. The Suzuki 70hp four stroke is a gem and I can't believe how quiet this motor is. For what I plan to do this boat is perfect. Blake and Ash were great to deal with and they made the whole process easy and worry free.

Having recently taken the boat for its shakedown run I can say that the boat performed well, as expected, and I am delighted. Delivery was professional and comprehensive. The only problem was that the speedometer did not work but this will be fixed at its next service. Otherwise congratulations and thanks for supplying an excellent product at a fair price.

Hi Jon, I just wanted to send through a few thoughts around the friendly service provided by John Padman during my recent purchase of my new Quintrex 460 Renegade. While I have been in boat almost all of my life with my father , this is the first boat I have owned. I reside in Newcastle and after numerous weeks of visiting my local dealers I decided to pursue my purchase via Hunts Marine in Sydney after several phone conversations with John. I had been swayed by Johns knowledge of the product and friendly nature during the initial contact. John had been extremely helpful during the purchase with constant updates making the whole process seamless. On the day of picking up the Boat , John took the time to run through all aspects of the Boat / Motor and at no time did I feel rushed. The Boat made its maiden Voyage last weekend of which both I ( as a first time Skipper) and father were ecstatic on the way the boat performed with the 75HP Etec , with a nice feed of fish on the first outing to boot!

I just wanted congratulate your Team as I found the service to be first class during the whole process and would have no qualms in once again travelling down the M1 if I decide to upgrade in the future albeit the 460 is a cracker of a boat around the Rivers / Bay / Harbour and Off shore in the Hunter on a nice day. Now that I've had the chance to have my boat on the water a few times I'm absolutely delighted with it. The family and grandchildren absolutely love it.
