Many thanks to Mr John Padman for his courtesy, knowledge and professionalism in the purchase of our boat. Nothing was a problem and John did what he said he would do. From ordering the boat to delivery, the 430 with 50hp 4 stroke Suzuki is brilliant, quite economical and with plenty to "play with". It looks great on the water and is easy to launch and retrieve. The swingaway drawbar is a dream and all the accessories we asked for complement a great boat. Well done John and thanks to Hunts Marine - much appreciated.

The main points I wanted to outline was that your attention to my needs and concerns was met with genuine and considered responses. Making this dream come to life for my family and I couldn't have been handled by better people. A fairly audacious claim considering I approached no other dealers but when you know, you know! Your assurance that when "part of the Hunt's family, we'll look after you..." was authentic and how it has felt from day dot with you and the team ever since. Your knowledge of the products you sell and your appreciation of my character confirmed for me that you knew the right rig for my needs and would make sure I got it. The result, a Quintrex 530 Cruiseabout immediately resonated with my 2+2 family and your recommendation to go with the Evinrude 130 Etec was a '2 stroke' of genius. So how does she go? Well, I'm happy to confirm, She goes great! But you knew that already! That V4 has an energetic punch and tone over 4500 rpm and the 530 expertly hustles through the afternoon wash and chop at this rate with ease. They have come a very, very long way - in all areas. Good morning John, Thanks for the follow up letter. Nice to see some businesses still believe in good old fashioned follow up and more importantly seeking feedback on their company and team members. Brad Cottier and team - Batemans Bay. Brad was aware that I was shopping around for a new Quintrex 481 and from the first call , negotiation and changing of quotes, confirmation of purchase and then the speed in delivering the end product (all completed in a week) in found the whole experience first class and with exceptional service. Very efficient and I appreciate in a very busy time of year. Thanks again John, I head up a team of over 1400 staff and understand that it is difficult to find good team members so well done on your business model etc. The only thing Brad could not deliver was a guarantee on catching fishu2026 when you get this sorted let me know.
